Payment

 

upon reservation a minimum payment is necessary : 50% of the total of nights reserved

reservations may be paid by bank deposit

the remaining amount must be paid when the guest arrives at the hotel

 

Cancellation and no show policy

less than 7 days in advance : up to 50% of the total of the reservation

 

High season :

less than 14 days in advance : up to 50% of the total of the reservation

 

Packages :

at least 15 days in advance : 50% of the total of the reservation

less than 14 days in advance and no-show : total amount of the reservation

 

For cases of early departure, for any reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
